Returns and exchanges

Request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order by calling +971565477772 with your order number.

The product must be unused, unopened, sealed and in its original packaging in a resaleable condition. For hygiene reasons, opened or used care products cannot be returned for a change of mind. This does not affect your rights when a product is faulty or an order is incorrect.

If your product arrives damaged or does not match your order, contact us promptly with photos and a description. We cover return and replacement shipping resulting from our error or a product defect.

For a change of mind, the customer pays the actual return delivery cost, explained beforehand. Original delivery charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns once delivery has taken place.

Please coordinate with us before sending a product back. After receiving, inspecting and accepting the return, we initiate the refund within 7 business days. For cash-on-delivery orders, we agree on a refund method with you. Your bank may need additional processing time.
